About Sara

I’m a certified Holistic Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), and someone who cares deeply about understanding the body, the nervous system, and what it actually means to feel well.

I’ve spent years learning about health through both education and lived experience, especially in the areas of stress, hormones, and nervous system regulation. I’m interested in the quieter, more sustainable side of wellness — the kind that supports long-term health without extremes, pressure, or perfection.

I’m drawn to practices that help people feel more connected to themselves, including breathwork, gentle movement, nervous system support, and understanding the body’s natural rhythms. I believe real health comes from learning how to listen to your body rather than constantly trying to override it.

Outside of this work, I value simplicity, depth, and intentional living. I’m someone who appreciates thoughtful routines, meaningful conversations, and creating a life that feels steady and grounded.

Mission

Poppy by Sara supports women in restoring balance and resilience through nervous system–informed wellness. Grounded in my training as a certified Holistic Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, this work focuses on sustainable, personalized practices that support long-term health and self-trust.
